The largest telecommunications companies in Brazil are joining efforts to ensure that even in social isolation people could accomplish their tasks and be entertained. Claro, Oi, Tim e Vivo agreed to open TV channels for
operators’ customers and to give free access to news channels with
information on coronavirus.

Besides coordinated actions to serve the Brazilian public during the period of quarantine and social isolation, companies are also calling for “sensible and responsible use of networks and services” to avoid overloading the network.
