Argentine sales intelligence platform Nubimetrics is targeting the growing digital market in Brazil as it seeks to conquer new spaces in Latin America and triple its results.

Nubimetrics was founded in 2010 in San Salvador, Jujuy, Argentina, by Andrés Jara Werchau and Pamela Scheurer, to be a SaaS platform that helps e-commerce sellers by delivering analytics-driven market data. In Argentina, Nubimetrics started its journey with data collected only from e-commerce giant Mercado Libre.

Recently the startup had a Series A round of $2.5 million, led by Uruguayan fund IC-Ventures, and reached an estimated valuation of $12 million, according to the company. The investment is being used to speed up expansion in Latin America, aiming to double 2020 results in 2021 and triple them in 2022.

Thus, the company announced as Chief Revenue Officer Brazilian Juliana Vital, who has over 17 years of experience in the digital world and is an expert in product repositioning, diagnosis of company operations, and complete restructuring (products, revenue, processes, and structure) with a focus on increasing revenue and efficiency.

Brazil had a remarkable evolution in the e-commerce channel because of the global situation, only in 2020 there was a 73% growth in the sector, and for 2021 the expectation is very positive. That is why the country is so strategic for Nubimetrics’ business. Our expansion plan seeks not only the growth of the company but also the success of our partners as a driver for our success,” explains Vital.
