Brazil's e-commerce solutions provider Infracommerce acquires Argentine Summa Solutions for $9 million

Brazilian company Infracommerce intends to expand in Latin America with the acquisition made through its subsidiary New Retail

Brazilian digital solutions company for e-commerce Infracommerce announced on Monday the acquisition of Argentina-based Summa Solutions, which develops software for e-commerce, for $9 million.

“Summa fits into the company’s strategy to expand the technological reach of its ecosystem and gain scale in B2C and B2B e-commerce projects in Latin America, as it has customers in 15 countries,” Infracommerce said.

The acquisition, made through its subsidiary New Retail, considered a revenue multiple of 1.3 times the total expected net operating revenue for 2021.
