Brazil's Qualicorp and Banco Inter to sell insurance health plans

Brazil’s Qualicorp announced on Monday a partnership with neobank Banco Inter and Inter Seguros for the marketing of collective health plans by the membership.

The agreement “will allow more than 11 million Inter customers to hire products from Quali’s portfolio 100% digitally,” said the company in a statement sent to the Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission.

In an interview with the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo, Qualicorp’s Commercial, Innovation, and New Business VP, Elton Carluci, said that the goal is to diversify the sales channels of health plans to reach new clients.
