Deloitte acquires Oracle's partner Presence of IT, from Australia

According to the multinational itself, this is the largest consulting transaction Deloitte has ever made

Professional services network Deloitte has completed an important acquiring as reported today, October 23th, by the Australian media outlet CRN. The multinational announced that it is adding the cloud and HR consultancy Presence of IT to its Human Capital Consulting practice.

From Australia, Presence of IT – partner of big players such as Oracle and SAP – has 20 years of experience in HR management consulting and technology implementation. “For over a decade, Deloitte and Presence of IT have worked together on large-scale HR transformation programs for clients, with great success,” said the co-CEO of Presence of IT, Shane Grobler, according to the newspaper.

“We know and appreciate one another’s strengths; we share similar cultures and a common commitment to help our people and clients excel. We are both focused on building a truly engaging talent experience for those connected to our firms, to innovating the way we do things and striving for ongoing excellence,” the executive concluded.

Deloitte declared that this is the largest consulting transaction ever made by the company, with over 600 people from Presence of IT joining the multinational across several countries like the US, Australia, China, India, and several others.
