Dafiti Group, the Brazilian e-commerce fashion and lifestyle giant with operations in Argentina, Chile and Colombia, announced its new CEO, executive André Farber, who takes over after leaving the vice-presidency of Grupo Boticário.

At Boticário, today one of the largest cosmetic companies in the country, Farber worked in the business expansion across Latin America and in the development of Boticário’s digital channels. According to the executive, his goal is to strengthen Dafiti Group as the leader in fashion and lifestyle e-commerce in Latin America.

Dafiti Group achieved revenues of BRL 3.4 billion in 2020, an increase of 31% compared to 2019 revenues. Dafiti’s customer base has also grown. Considering only the fourth quarter, growth was over 30% – the platform reached 7.7 million active customers in the 2020’s last three months.
Early February, Dafiti opens its largest distribution center in Latin America, in the Brazilian city of Extrema. The distribution center has an artificial intelligence controlled automation system that has 300 robots and is capable of separating 5,000 products per hour. According to the company, the strong technology investment is part of the strategy to remain at the forefront of the industry.
