The delivery startup Rappi doubled its courier base amid quarantine. According to Mobile Time, in Brazil, the number of couriers went from 600 to 1,200 in two months.

The expansion made the Colombian startup adopt an EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) tool to manage solutions for its shoppers, as it has grown amid pandemic, according to Mobile Time. Now, Rappi Shoppers will take with them a smartphone provided by Rappi in which the necessary apps for their daily work are installed, including one for receiving orders and another for communicating with Rappi technical support.
