Following the launch of its premium card, the Nubank Ultraviolet, Nubank has just launched its first investment funds on the Easynvest platform, which belongs to the digital bank. With this, Nubank also enters the investment market and starts competing with giants of the segment such as XP and BTG Pactual.
The new investment funds, a stock fund (Nu Ultravioleta Ações) and a multimarket fund (Nu Ultravioleta Multimercado), are available to clients registered in the brokerage house, have a minimum investment of BRL 100 and no management fees. The bank will be remunerated with a 20% performance fee.
As the bank announced, the two products are “funds of funds”, that is, they are composed of funds from some of the most recognized managers in the market, so that Nubank customers can access, via Nubank, funds that ask for a minimum investment of BRL 50,000. Among the managers participating are Verde, Constellation, Bogari, SPX and Absoluto Partners.
The launch of the funds marks another step in the integration with the brokerage Easynvest, acquired by Nubank in September last year. “One of the steps in the integration plan between Nubank and Easynvest is to diversify the product portfolio and deliver the best experiences, regardless of platforms,” said Fernando Miranda, leader of Nubank‘s investment area.
