The biggest online sale event in Mexico starts today

The event will take place in Mexico up to June 1st offering discounts to consumers

The Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO) started today the Hot Sale, an event that will take place in Mexico until June 1st. It’s the seventh edition of the biggest online sale event in the country.

According to a purchase intention report, 7 out of 10 online shoppers are thinking of buying a product or service during the event. The event, sponsored by Citibanamex, has more than 440 participating companies, a new record. Among them, there are, Mercado Libre, Luuna, Más Refacciones, GAIA, Cyberpuerta, Jüsto, La Europea, Adidas, ClaroShop, Sears, Sanborns, Chedraui, Netshoes, Soriana, Linio, Home Depot, SODIMAC, Buchanan’s, Famsa, No Apron, Samsung, Elektra, Nespresso, PayPal, Sam’s Club, Bodega Aurrera and Walmart.

Hot Sales aims to facilitate services through digital platforms for consumers and support the Mexican economy by giving discounts to customers that can buy electronics, fashion, articles and furniture, food and beverages, beauty products, travel, toys and others.

The seventh edition will also have sponsors in different categories such as: Vtex, BBVA, Banorte, Emailage, RTB House, Clearsale, Scotiabank, Mercado Pago and Open Pay.
