Volpe Capital raises $80 million to invest in Latin America

Founding partners Andre Maciel, Gregory Reider and Milena Oliveira plans to fundraise early-stage tech companies in LatAM

SoftBank-backed Volpe Capital announced it has raised $80 million for its fund for Latin America’s startups. As reported by TechCrunch, SoftBank, BTG and Banco Inter affiliates are anchor investors in the new fund.

Founding partners Andre Maciel, Gregory Reider and Milena Oliveira plans to fundraise early-stage tech companies in LatAm. So far, it’s backed Uol Edtech, a Brazilian technology platform for education.
