“Big retailers are using their physical stores as distribution centers for deliveries,” Vinicius Pessin, co-founder of Eu Entrego, a collaborative delivery startup, told the newspaper.

This is mainly due to the growing investment that the country’s major chains have made in digitization and multichannel, turning stores into distribution centers and collection points.
