Scheduled to the next Friday, November 29, Black Friday this year promises to draw BRL 3,67 billion in sales for the Brazilian retail, according to what the specialized entity CNC (National Confederation of Trade in Goods, Services, and Tourism) is expecting.
If confirmed, the figure would represent a 10,5% growth in comparison with last year’s sales, which brought BRL 3,32 billion. The 5th major sales date in Brazil, Black Friday is only behind Christmas, Mother’s Day, Children’s Day and Father’s Day; and this year, will count on faster delivery, since some big retailers in the country, such as Magazine Luiza and Mercado Livre, promised express deliveries within 24 hours.
