The Brazilian singer Ludmilla became, this Wednesday, the first black woman in Latin America to hit the milestone of 1 billion streams of her songs on Spotify, reported Correio Braziliense.

The 25-year-old singer from Rio de Janeiro celebrated it on her Instagram recalling her biggest hits. “When I started singing, at the age of 15, doing shows on chairs – because I had no stage to perform – I could never imagine that I would have millions of views, let alone reach a BILLION,” she wrote.
