After testing the concept with Twitch, Amazon Prime Video has started to roll out its Watch Party feature in the U.S. on Monday. The service allows up to 100 subscribers to watch the same movie, series, or show simultaneously, with a playback synchronized to the host’s account.

The company started testing this concept the gaming streaming platform Twitch, which also belongs to Amazon. As reported by Variety, Twitch creators can pick a video from the service catalog to provide live play-by-play for an episode or movie playing on the main screen.
