LinkedIn is testing a tool to facilitate digital selection process that will streamline the work of recruiters: a presentation before the job interview, as reported Exame.
The tool will guide job appliers to answer two questions made by the company’s HR by video or writing. Thus, candidates may give their profile to recruiters faster, without having to wait for the whole process to progress to a new phase. It also lets the applier show their communication and social skills. This feature is only available for those who have an English profile in the social network.
