From this Thursday, five more locations in Bogota will enter a restrictive quarantine

Starting this Thursday and until next August 6, Bosa, Antonio Nariño, Kennedy, Fontibón, and Puente Aranda, localities in Bogotá, will enter a new targeted strict quarantine that the Mayor’s Office has organized.

In these localities, there are about 23,000 active cases of COVID-19. It is expected that the decrease in mobility will help to reduce contagion.

The measure will only allow residents of these areas of the country’s capital to leave their homes to carry out essential activities, such as the purchase of food and medicine. In addition, the activities already excepted.
