In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, the Brazilian fashion retailer Lojas Renner announced a new option for customers: it will now be possible to shop over the internet and remove the parts in the drive-thru model.
The novelty is now available in more than 120 brand stores located in 21 Brazilian states and the Federal District.

To use the service, consumers must purchase through the company’s website or app, request the “Retire em Loja” (or withdraw from the store) option, and choose the nearest unit that offers this option.
Since April, the company, which had closed all of its physical stores, has been gradually reopening some units. The drive-thru model contributes to the functioning of these reopened units.
