Brazilian Ministry of Health said it will meet with representatives from Sputnik V and Covaxin, COVID-19 vaccines developed respectively by Russian and Indian laboratories, to negotiate the purchase of 30 million doses, reported Valor Econômico.

Covaxin will begin trials in Brazil in partnership with the Albert Einstein Hospital Institute.
