The government authorizes 169 private schools to reopen in Buenos Aires

Starting on Friday, 169 private schools – 89 elementary and 80 secondary – are authorized to open their doors in Buenos Aires. These schools asked for the Dirección de Educación de Gestión Privada, from the education department of the city, reopen, stating that they are in a position to comply with the necessary protocol to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

As Infobae learned, so far just over 20% of private schools have requested permission to reopen. However, in the last hours, the arrival of notes to the education department has accelerated, so it is expected that the number will increase.
