Colombia to resume flights to the United States, Mexico and Brazil

On September 21, international flights from Colombia to the United States, Ecuador, Mexico, Bolivia, Brazil, Dominican Republic and Guatemala will be reactivated gradually, reported La República.

“The international air passenger reactivation is carried out after the favorable opinion of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection for the suspension of the restriction of entry of international travelers to Colombia, based on the current state of the pandemic”, said the Minister of Transport in Colombia, Ángela María Orozco.

The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Fernando Ruiz, indicated that passengers leaving Colombia must comply with the requirements
agreed by the country of destination, while those who enter the national territory will have to present the negative result of a PCR test no longer than 96 hours before the stipulated time of travel.
