A new batch of vaccines developed by Pfizer/BioNTech arrived in Mexico via two shipments with a total of 511,875 doses, to be used for the immunization of health professionals in the country, informed Milenio.

This batch is part of the 3.275 million vaccines that are expected to February and March, mainly for the second dose application on health professionals. The next shipment is expected to arrive on March 2, with 852,150 doses.

Previously, on February 16, the country received over 491,000 doses of Pfizer vaccines. On Monday evening, the first batch of 200,000 doses of the Sputnik V immunizer arrived in Mexico.
