Spotify will join the Music Mexico COVID-19 (MMC-19) relief initiative, through which it will compensate Mexico’s musicians that had losses due to the pandemic. In Brazil, it was already happening through Brazilian Union of Composers (UBC) that launched a financial aid fund for its members in partnership with Spotify.
